February was an exciting month as Frestedt Inc. turns 10 years old! In 2008, Dr. Frestedt was all alone in her home office, by 2011 the firm had eight employees working in the basement of the Frestedt home and in 2014, the firm purchased their current corporate office building. The types of projects have grown bigger and more complex. In 2008, we were just starting out with a single project at a time and now we manage dozens of projects at a time. We have a proprietary process for CER development and DHF construction, just to name a few. Our versatility is because we have expertise in clinical, regulatory, quality and engineering projects for drugs, devices, foods and ingredients. We have pioneered many complex products (including combination products) clinical and regulatory negotiations through various agencies worldwide and we continue today working on various regenerative medicines and cancer treatments as well as a full range of drugs, devices and foods.

In addition, this month we have on-boarded a new full-time staff, a past consultant now full-time employee, Mike Perez in the CRQE Specialist role. Over the past 10 years, we have trained many junior staff to lead productive, professional careers in clinical, regulatory, quality and engineering roles. This is part of who we are and a valuable contribution to the community. To the outside world, looking in, this may appear as a negative with significant staff turnover, but we view this as a strength. We are not afraid to train our own staff or the staff of others.

With tripling the business coming in and on- boarding staff, it is an exciting time for Frestedt Inc.

Mike Perez joined the Frestedt Inc team full-time on 12FEB2018. Mike has 19 years of experience in

pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Information and Professional Services Specialist, Sales and Marketing Administrator, Clinical Data Manager and Business Operations Analyst. Mike has worked on projects including outsourced vendor selection, centralized monitoring, forecasting, budgeting and accounting for clinical trials. He is certified as a Nursing Assistant,

Medication Technician, Psychiatric Nursing Assistant and Pharmacy Technician.
